LAOH Division #23 celebrated a beautiful mass of their 25th Anniversary and honored Inaugural President, Colleen McGinley-Ostronic. Collen was instrumental in chartering Division 23 on June 11, 1999. There was a special homage to her on the anniversary of her 10-year passing.
